We use many different herbs in our treatments to enhance the treatments and - of course - to make you enjoy a unique day more deeply. Here are some of the most important herbs we use:

Lemongrass essential oil contains citral, citronellal, geraniol, geranyl acetate, limonene, myrcene, neral, and nerol. It is are often used for relaxation and aromatherapy massage. Its soothing scent can be recognized in many spas around the world. Research has shown that massage using lemongrass essential oil can reduce a person’s diastolic blood pressure without affecting their systolic blood pressure or pulse, producing a harmonizing effect on the nervous system.

Turmeric is believed to support and strengthen immune function and encourage a positive response. Soothe the mind and uplift the mood with its warm, woody, earthy, and spicy scent. It promotes increases energy while addressing negative emotions, fatigue, loss of appetite, headaches, and symptoms of allergies, colds, and fevers. Manage respiratory conditions that make breathing difficult, such as asthma.

Kaffir lime it manages anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and are believed to cleanse the blood. In Thailand, kaffir lime extract is used as a natural deodorant, and leaves are added to shampoo since they clean the scalp and hair and are believed to reduce hair loss. Traditionally, fresh peels and dried fruits have been used to relieve nausea and dispel gas.

Ginger can help to stimulate blood flow, release toxins and the flow of energy, regenerate tissues, and strengthen the immune system and the internal organs. In particular, help the kidneys, lungs, and intestines. It is also an effective treatment for arthritis, muscle stiffness, and pain from injury.
